Check-in is from 4:00 PM until anytime. Guests must be at least 21 to check-in.

The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [5400 Plantation Rd, Captiva, FL 33924]. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 10 days before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property.
